Project Manager HVACS (m/f/d)

Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for an experienced specialist as overall project manager HVACS / building technology for the independent management of demanding building technology projects. You will assume the technical, scheduling, and economic overall responsibility for projects in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, cooling, and sanitation (HVACS) from conception to billing. In addition to project planning, tendering, and specialist site management, you will coordinate internal disciplines as well as external project participants and represent the project team vis-à-vis clients and principals. Furthermore, you will contribute to acquisition, tendering, and contract processing and help develop the project business economically.
Responsibilities:
Independent overall project management of demanding HVACS and building technology projects across all relevant project phases
Responsibility for the technical planning and coordination of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, cooling, and sanitation systems
Assumption of technical, scheduling, and economic project responsibility
Management of projects from conception and planning through tendering and realisation to invoicing
Preparation and coordination of project, execution, and tender documents
Responsibility for cost planning, project controlling, schedule management, and quality assurance
Planning and management of internal resources and project teams as well as coordination of various disciplines
Interdisciplinary coordination with architects, specialist planners, contractors, authorities, and other project participants
Conducting specialist site management, construction meetings, execution controls, acceptance, and commissioning
Representing the project team vis-à-vis clients and principals in technical and commercial matters
Ensuring compliance with relevant SIA standards, energy requirements, and Swiss building technology regulations
Support in acquisition, tendering, fee calculations, and contract negotiations for new projects
Qualifications:
Degree as building services engineer FH with specialisation in HVACS, technician HF building services, master craftsman qualification, or comparable higher professional education
Several years of professional experience in project or overall project management within the building services sector
Sound expertise in HVACS as well as experience with interdisciplinary building services projects
Experience in project planning, tendering, cost management, specialist site management, and commissioning
Good knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss planning and construction processes
Experience with acquisition, tendering, project controlling, and contract processing is an advantage
Very good German language skills for project management, technical documentation, and negotiations
