For the Telephone Switchboard and Information department, which comprises around 12 employees, we are looking for a committed individual to strengthen our team immediately or by arrangement.
We connect external and internal callers with hospitalised patients, secretariats, consultation centres, departments and employees. At the telephone switchboard and information desk, we provide information about the hospital location and departments, opening and visiting hours, the car park, existing appointments, emergency operations and much more.

Your tasks
- Responsible for competent, efficient reception and forwarding of calls/enquiries at the telephone switchboard and information desk
- Professional, friendly manner, impeccable customer service
- General and administrative tasks
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in telephone switchboard/service sector with direct customer contact
- Excellent German skills in spoken and written form, at least one other foreign language (preferably English)
- Good MS Office skills, commercially savvy, responsible
- Diplomatic and patient nature, communicative, knowledge of medical vocabulary
- Motivated to work irregularly in early/mid or late shifts (between 05:45 and 22:00), as well as at weekends (no fixed days)
- Neat appearance, precise working method, high service orientation
