Team Leader: Technical Workshop Bicycle/E-Mobility
Responsibilities
- Professional and personnel management of the workshop team (approx. 15 employees), including staff deployment planning, employee development, and mentoring of apprentices
- Ensuring a smooth, timely repair process while adhering to economic and quality requirements
- Active participation in daily workshop operations as well as strong support and advice to the team on complex repairs and issues
- Continuous optimisation of work and workshop processes according to Lean standards (5S, KVP) to increase efficiency and quality
- Close collaboration with internal interfaces (workshop, procurement, logistics, customer service) and consistent enforcement of quality, safety, and environmental standards
Requirements
- Completed basic training in the mechanical field (ideally bicycle or motorcycle mechanic EFZ) or comparable qualification
- Several years of practical workshop experience in the bicycle and e-bike sector with up-to-date technical expertise
- Several years of proven professional and leadership experience in a craft/technical workshop environment; vocational trainer certificate is an advantage
- Experience in applying Lean methods (5S, KVP) as well as proficient user knowledge of MS Office and common SAP/workshop systems
- Solution-oriented, assertive, and communicative leadership personality with high initiative and very good German language skills (spoken/written)
