Nurse or Psychologist at 80%

Le Foyer de l’Envol is a socio-professional integration facility offering accommodation to ten young adults aged between 16 and 25 years suffering from psychosocial difficulties. The aim of the stay is to support these residents by promoting the development of their learning abilities in all areas of their lives to enable them to move into an individual or supervised flat at the end of their stay when possible.

We also support them in setting up an occupational activity or carrying out a professional integration project. We also offer home support at the end of residential care.

To successfully carry out our mission, we attach great importance to the quality of interpersonal relationships, as well as to group dynamics. For reasons of team balance, we are looking for a colleague for 1st February 2027.

Your mission

Accompany and support residents in their daily lives

Develop and implement the individual support plan in partnership with the resident, according to the recovery model

Support residents in administrative and financial management, as well as in setting up a professional project

Actively collaborate with network partners
