Ensuring the quality-compliant implementation of production specifications and testing requirements.
Supervision of initial sample inspections and evaluation of manufacturing results.
Recording and analysing defect patterns as well as determining appropriate corrective measures.
Contact person for technical quality issues with customers and suppliers.
Assessment of supplier performance based on defined quality criteria and documentation.
Preparation and support of audits as well as assistance in evaluating the quality management system.
Management of digital quality documents including approvals, change statuses and filing.
Participation in the standardisation and digitalisation of existing QM processes.
Qualifications:
Degree in process engineering, polymer sciences, biomedical engineering or a related technical discipline.
Approximately two to three years of practical experience in industrial material processing or an equivalently solid academic qualification.
Basic knowledge of quality management systems and their practical application.
Knowledge of international quality standards, ideally ISO 9001, ISO 13485 or ISO 15378.
Confident handling of technical documents and digital tools.
Structured and careful working style with a pronounced quality awareness.
Very good language skills in German and English.
