Team Leader Planning & Construction Management (Project Management Building Construction)

Are you looking for a key role where you not only lead projects but also shape structures?
With us, you take on the professional and personnel leadership of our planning team and manage residential construction projects from the initial idea to handover. You can expect diverse, individually developed renovation, conversion and new build projects – and the freedom to actively further develop processes, standards and collaboration in the planning area. In short: you make a noticeable and sustainable impact.
Here is what you will do
- Professional and personnel leadership of our planning team (6 employees/trainees)
- Overall responsibility for diverse construction projects from development through start of construction to completion (renovation, conversion and new build)
- Management of costs, schedules and quality throughout the entire planning and construction phase
- Acquisition including cost calculation as well as awarding contracts and price negotiations
- Client consulting as well as negotiations with customers, craftsmen and authorities
- Further development and quality assurance of our planning processes
These are your skills and strengths
- Preferably training as a draughtsperson EFZ and/or a basic craft education in shell construction (bricklayer/carpenter etc.)
- Further training as a construction manager or building technician HF or equivalent
- Several years of experience in project management of residential buildings
- Leadership experience and enjoyment in developing teams
- Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to manage projects holistically
- Solution orientation and tact in dealing with clients, authorities and trades
