Tasks

• You independently and confidently carry out the planned care and support tasks and assist in caring for residents in crisis situations.
• You report observations, provide objective reports and document fully and clearly.
• You assist with activating, reactivating and maintaining therapeutic care and support tasks and are familiar with the care and support-related needs and wishes of the residents and their relatives.
• You support our apprentices throughout their training period together with the full-time trainers and the person responsible for vocational training.

Profile

• Responsible, reliable and precise working style
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, very good IT skills and ideally knowledge of EasyDok
• Training as a Health Specialist EFZ with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• A heart for our residents and our apprentices
• A sense of humour with the ability to contribute constructively in an intercultural and multinational environment

The annual salary for this position ranges from CHF 70,300 to CHF 93,936 (100%) depending on experience.
