Execution Planner Building Construction (m/f/d)
Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced Execution Planner Building Construction for the technical planning of demanding residential, commercial and industrial buildings. You will take on the execution and detailed planning, develop structurally well-thought-out solutions and coordinate the planning interfaces with specialist planners and executing companies. A particular focus is on technically precise construction details as well as 3D planning with ArchiCAD. The position offers a varied range of tasks within an interdisciplinary planning and realisation environment.
Responsibilities:
Independent creation and processing of execution, working and detailed plans
Development of technically, aesthetically and economically convincing construction and detail solutions
Creation and maintenance of 3D building models with ArchiCAD
Handling constructive topics such as component structures, connections, building envelope and interior finishing
Coordination of interfaces between architecture, structural engineering, building services and other specialist planning
Conducting technical clarifications with specialist planners, contractors and suppliers
Review and integration of workshop, specialist planner and contractor plans
Leading and coordinating planning and specialist meetings including follow-up of technical decisions
Ensuring execution-ready planning taking into account SIA standards and Swiss building regulations
Conducting plan reviews and quality controls as well as resolving planning interfaces
Coordination and documentation of plan statuses, changes and approvals
Supporting the further development of digital planning and BIM processes
Qualifications:
Training as a draftsperson EFZ specialising in architecture, technician HF building planning architecture or architect FH/ETH
Several years of professional experience in execution and detailed planning in Swiss building construction
Sound knowledge in construction, detailing and technical implementation
Very good CAD skills, especially ArchiCAD 3D
Experience in coordinating specialist planners and executing companies
Good knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building processes
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
