- Management of financial accounting (accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger)
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Reconciliation of accounts and execution of payment runs
- VAT returns and support with tax matters
- Payroll accounting including social security contributions
- Assistance with budgeting and liquidity planning
- Optimisation and further development of accounting processes
- Completed commercial training with further education in accounting (e.g. accounting clerk)
- Several years of professional experience in accounting advantageous
- Very good knowledge of common accounting software
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Independent, precise and structured way of working
- Responsible and discreet personality
