IT Support Specialist Workplace Systems (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You support employees as the first point of contact for hardware, software, and network issues and ensure smooth IT operations.
- In this role, you coordinate smaller IT projects from conception to implementation and work closely with internal departments and external suppliers.
- As an IT support specialist for workplace systems, you set up specialised IT systems such as live studio setups and meeting rooms, operate them, and manage AV, streaming, and conference technology.
- You document support requests, project progress, IT assets, and systems carefully and create clear instructions for recurring processes.
- In this role, you ensure continuous knowledge transfer within the team through comprehensible technical documentation.
- You guarantee an excellent service experience, handle requests promptly, and conduct training and training materials for users in German and English.
Qualifications:
- Completed training in computer science, information technology, or a comparable qualification (e.g., IT specialist EFZ, HF computer science)
- Several years of experience in IT onsite support as well as a strong willingness to learn new systems and solutions
- Extensive practical experience in hardware and software installations, troubleshooting, system configuration, as well as AV/media technology
- Very good knowledge of Windows operating systems, networks, and IT infrastructure; experience with live studio or AV setups is an advantage
- In-depth experience with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Intune) as well as basic knowledge of cloud services and modern workplace technologies
- Willingness to work outside regular hours, occasional travel (driving licence category B), and fluent German and English skills (French is an advantage)
