At Zurich Airport, you keep highly available network and security services running together with the team – for systems, processes and people who rely on them daily. This is not about standard operations. It’s about switching, routing, firewalls, VPN, WLAN, VOIP, data centre and security in an environment where stability, performance and quick decisions matter.

Your job destination

• In your role, you take responsibility for operating our highly available network and security infrastructure
• You resolve incidents in 2nd / 3rd level support and ensure performance, stability and security are maintained
• In 7x24 incident management, you analyse disruptions confidently even under pressure and take on on-call duty for around 10-12 weeks per year
• You work closely with engineering and contribute your practical knowledge to network and security projects
• From planning to successful commissioning, you independently support projects
• You efficiently and customer-orientedly handle service requests related to switching, routing and IT security

Your skills in your luggage

• You have completed training in computer science, network technology or a comparable further education
• You have experience with complex network environments, especially LAN, WLAN, routing, VPN and firewalls
• You know Cisco from practice and are confident at CCNP level
• Ideally, you are also familiar with Cisco ASA, Firepower, A10 Loadbalancer, WAF and ACI and have already gained initial experience in automation
• You think solution-oriented, work in a structured way and are familiar with demanding network architectures
• You have a category B driving licence and communicate confidently in German as well as well in English
