- Professional care and support of patients
- Contribute to evidence-based quality of care and participate in the continuous improvement process
- Promote targeted and solution-oriented collaboration within the interprofessional care team
- Ensure tomorrow’s expertise by enthusiastically mentoring and supporting our apprentices
Your skills – our expectations
- Diploma as a nurse ES/HES (diploma recognition possible in 2026)
- Professional experience in acute medicine or desire to gain professional experience
- Independent, strong sense of responsibility and high quality work standards
- Organised and conscientious work
- Ability to work in a team, flexibility, resilience under stress

- Communication in German or French (both spoken and written) and knowledge of the other language or willingness to learn it (min. A2)
