Within the Accident Claims Management team LAA and LAAC of the Life Insurance department at Zurich, you are the first point of contact and manage our clients’ accident claims.
You handle cases with attentiveness, professionalism and a sense of responsibility. For you, supporting our clients is not limited to processing a claim: it is also an opportunity to create and maintain a lasting relationship of trust.

Your tasks
- Independent and client-oriented management of accident claims files LAA and LAAC, including drafting decisions.
- Application of the benefits regulations in accordance with legal and contractual provisions.
- Close collaboration with our various internal and external partners.
- Management of correspondence and conducting interviews with the different parties involved in the settlement of a claim: insured persons, employers, medical service, other insurers, lawyers, etc.
- Identification of recourse possibilities against responsible third parties and other insurers.
Your profile
- Completed commercial training; a federal certificate in social insurance is an advantage.
- Professional experience in claims management, ideally in life insurance.
- Knowledge of the Swiss social and private insurance system.
- Reliable and empathetic personality, with excellent negotiation skills and a professional attitude towards clients.
- Fluency in French, both spoken and written; good knowledge of German and English is an advantage.
