Dipl. Nurse HF as Vocational Trainer 70-100%

Your tasks

In this versatile role, you report directly to the nursing service management and the education responsibility and take on the professional responsibility for education in the area of nursing and care.

• Responsibility for the training of all nursing students HF/FH in professional, personnel and organisational terms including deployment planning
• Leadership and promotion of directly subordinate employees in all work-relevant matters
• Planning and implementation of learning support, learning and working groups (LAG), school days and inter-company courses as well as joint management of the LAG with the vocational trainers FaGe
• Co-responsibility for ensuring the training mandate and for the continuous development of training quality
• Implementation of the nursing process as well as documentation and performance recording (RAI)
• Support in recruitment throughout the entire selection process
• Taking over daily responsibility in the five residential groups to ensure the well-being of the residents
• Working in early and late shifts as well as one to two weekend shifts per month

Your profile

You are a committed and competent personality with joy in training apprentices and students:

• Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH and passed vocational trainer course (5 days) mandatory
• SVEB 1 advantageous or willingness to complete this certificate course
• At least 2 years of professional experience in nursing and ideally 1 year in the education sector
• High social, professional and self-competence
• Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Independent, structured and flexible working style as well as pronounced quality awareness
• Appreciative and empathetic interaction with residents, employees and learners
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
