YOUR MISSION:

Reporting to the Head of Gastronomy, you ensure administrative follow-up and operational coordination between the restaurants, suppliers, and internal departments. You contribute to the availability of goods and equipment necessary for the teams.

• Ensure the follow-up of orders, deliveries, and stocks; check goods and handle discrepancies with teams and suppliers.
• Keep tracking tables, purchase orders, and supplier data up to date, and participate in budget monitoring.
• Coordinate technical interventions and preventive maintenance of equipment with the relevant departments, then monitor their completion.
• Centralise the needs of the restaurants, communicate priorities to the Head of Gastronomy, and ensure follow-up of requests.
• Organise event logistics with the teams: equipment, products, and necessary resources.
• Contribute to improving procedures and the efficient use of resources, respecting quality standards and safety and environmental rules.
• Occasionally provide support to teams on the ground to ensure service continuity.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent administrative training.
• Administrative experience, complemented by experience in catering.
• Good command of Excel and Word, ease with tracking tables and numerical data.
• Rigour, organisational skills, and ability to manage several requests independently.
• Good interpersonal skills, team spirit, and a taste for work alternating between administration and presence on site.
