Your field of activity
- You take over the professional and personnel management of the newly formed disposition team and promote a trusting and appreciative team culture
- Together with your team, you ensure efficient, patient-oriented appointment and resource planning as well as a smooth disposition process
- With your eye for optimisation potential, you analyse existing processes, further develop processes and standards and actively shape change projects
- In close cooperation with doctors, nursing staff and other internal and external stakeholders, you contribute to constructive and interprofessional collaboration
Your experience
- You have a commercial or medical basic education as well as several years of professional experience in healthcare, ideally in disposition or patient administration
- Ideally, you already have leadership experience or are willing to prepare for this task with appropriate further training
- Organisational talent, networked thinking and a structured way of working characterise you as well as your ability to set priorities confidently
- With your pronounced communication skills and service orientation, you succeed in promoting employees and successfully accompanying changes
