Responsibilities:
Worldwide commissioning, maintenance and optimisation of our systems - you ensure everything functions perfectly
Troubleshooting and technical support - whether on-site or via remote diagnosis, you get systems running again
Process analyses and optimisations at headquarters as well as directly at the customer to continuously improve performance
Conducting training sessions for customers and partners - your expertise provides security and creates added value
Installation of upgrades and modernisations - you bring systems worldwide up to the latest technical standards
Support for technical sales consulting - you explain the advantages of our systems and help find customised solutions
Participation in the support hotline - quick assistance for our customers through remote troubleshooting and problem solving
Qualifications:
Technical training in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering or electronics
Ideally further education (HF, FH or equivalent) for an extended technical understanding
Very good German and English skills - additional languages are a plus
High customer and service orientation - you work solution-oriented and understand the needs of our customers
Strong communication and social skills - you can clearly convey technical matters
Structured and independent working style with a high level of organisational ability
Willingness to travel internationally (50-75%) - you are flexible and enjoy discovering new places
