For our client, an innovative company in the gastronomy and hotel industry that provides professional services such as accounting in the background, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an accounting employee 80-100%. Your tasks with the new employer:

• You manage and coordinate the entire finances for different mandates and are their contact person
• Independent preparation of accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting and support with the annual financial statements according to OR
• Preparation and control of profit and loss accounts as well as quarterly VAT returns
• Active participation in process optimisations such as digitisation of workflows and administrative tasks

You offer your new employer:

• You are starting further training as a finance and accounting clerk or have already completed it
• Several years of experience in financial accounting, preferably with the ERP systems Abacus and Mirus
• You communicate fluently in German and have an affinity for IT
• Precise, responsible work as well as a structured and practice-oriented working method characterise you
