What you achieve

• You are responsible for leading and managing IT and digitalisation projects throughout the entire project lifecycle in the financing area
• You ensure targeted communication with all stakeholders
• You organise and moderate workshops, meetings, and project committees
• You capture, analyse, and document business requirements in collaboration with the specialist departments
• You translate business requirements into technical specifications
• You support testing, acceptance, and the implementation of new solutions

What you bring

• University degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or comparable education
• Several years of experience in the banking environment as an IT project manager, business analyst, or in a comparable role
• Analytical and structured way of thinking
• High customer and solution orientation
• Initiative and independent working style
• Experience in Avaloq, in the financing area, and in agile working methods is an advantage
