Assistant Physician - Early Intervention Programme
The TIPP programme (Treatment and Early Intervention in Psychotic Disorders) is the Neuchâtel cantonal programme dedicated to the detection and early management of psychotic disorders in young people aged 15 to 35. Its objective is to intervene at the earliest signs of the illness to improve prognosis, prevent relapses and limit the impact on the life trajectory of patients. Based on a multidisciplinary approach, the programme combines specialised assessment, case management, intensive follow-up and psychosocial rehabilitation, in close collaboration with relatives and the care network. It offers professionals the opportunity to contribute to a modern, proactive psychiatry centred on recovery.
Composed of an interdisciplinary team (doctors, psychologists, social workers and nurses) representing 7 full-time equivalents, the unit operates within a logic of coordination and continuity of care, serving patients and their relatives.
