What you can influence.

• You build and maintain various security installations ensuring rail traffic such as railway signalling, remote control systems, power supplies, track vacancy detection systems, ETCS beacons, level crossings, etc.
• You commission and decommission security installations.
• You analyse and resolve faults in the installations.
• After internal training, you provide on-call service (residence near Bienne, accessible within 30 minutes).

What you bring.

• You hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an automation technician, electrician, electronics technician or an equivalent profession (field with electrical orientation).
• You are willing to undergo internal training as a security installations technician as well as regular continuing education.
• You have a strong sense of responsibility and a high sensitivity to safety issues.
• You possess a category B driving licence.
• Good oral and written knowledge of French or German and knowledge of the other language is desired (minimum B2).
