YOUR TASKS
- You ensure the smooth operation of our technical building infrastructure
- You carry out maintenance, servicing and repair work on technical systems
- You manage our HVAC systems and resolve faults efficiently and sustainably
- You monitor and optimise technical systems and processes
- You document your work in work and material reports
- You provide on-call service and support internal as well as external stakeholders with technical concerns
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed technical vocational training in building technology or a similar field
- Experience in the maintenance of technical systems as well as knowledge in heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC)
- Ideally experience with the Siemens Desigo CC building management system
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
- Team spirit and enjoyment in collaborating with various stakeholders
- Residence within approximately 30 minutes of Clinic St. Anna for on-call duties
