Controlling & IFRS Reporting Specialist (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, an internationally active company in the transport/traffic/logistics sector, we are looking for an experienced Business & Finance Controller. You will take on a central role in the financial management of the company and ensure the basis for entrepreneurial decisions through sound analyses and precise key figures. In this role, you combine strategic thinking with operational implementation and actively contribute to achieving targets.
Responsibilities:
You prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to IFRS including hard close
You analyse financial key figures, clarify deviations and prepare them appropriately for the target audience
You are responsible for budgeting as well as the preparation of business plans and rolling forecasts
You take over liquidity planning and cash controlling
You actively contribute to projects in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, e.g. M&A and process optimisations
Qualifications:
You have a completed degree or comparable further training in business administration, finance or controlling
You bring at least 3-5 years of professional experience in accounting and controlling as well as sound IFRS knowledge
You are confident in using SAP R/3 FI/CO as well as common MS Office applications
You have very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
Your working style is characterised by analytical thinking, a sense of responsibility and a high degree of independence
