With over 20 years of experience as a Recruiter in Geneva, I am active in the tertiary sector throughout Romandy, with clients including industrial companies, banks, financial firms, law firms, family offices, fiduciaries, watchmaking establishments, and with a speciality in real estate structures.

On behalf of a real estate establishment in Lausanne, I am looking for:

PPE Manager M/F

Tasks:

Ensure all administrative and technical tasks inherent to the management of a PPE portfolio and the holding of general meetings.

• Relations with co-owners, building managers and caretakers.
• Chairing general, extraordinary and constitutive meetings, implementing decisions made.
• Supervision and technical follow-up of buildings and claims, allocation and monitoring of works.
• Organisation and participation in PPE committees.
• Preparation and monitoring of budgets, allocation of invoices, control and presentation of accounts.
• Administrative follow-up of buildings, preparation of requests for quotes, work orders and statements.
• Follow-up of litigation in collaboration with the accounting department.

Profile:

• Proven experience in co-ownership management
• Diploma and/or training in the real estate field (ideally)
• Very good knowledge of technical building management
• Excellent oral and written command of French, English is an asset
• Comfortable with IT tools
• Possessing good interpersonal skills, diplomatic and empathetic
• Sense of responsibility, good management of priorities and time
• Methodical, autonomous and proactive
• Stress resistance and flexibility
• EXPERIENCE IN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IN ROMANDY MANDATORY
