You will take on

• Responsibility for the professional, holistic care and support of our patients and their relatives
• Implementation of the nursing process from admission to discharge in the sense of primary nursing
• Support of patients in regaining their independence and everyday skills
• Promotion and supervision of students and trainees
• Goal- and solution-oriented collaboration within the interprofessional treatment team

You bring with you

• Basic training as a qualified nurse HF/FH and professional experience in an acute hospital
• Ideally experience in the care and support of elderly people in an acute hospital
• High sense of responsibility, resilience and independent working style
• Process- and solution-oriented thinking and responsible action for a committed, well-coordinated treatment team
