About this offer:

We are looking on behalf of our client, an international player in the industrial sector, for a:

Under the direct supervision of the Operations Director, you will ensure the safety of personnel while guaranteeing the operational excellence of the site. Your duties will focus on the following areas:

• Strategic management: Optimise and maintain the integrated management system (ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards).

• Compliance assurance: Ensure strict application of Swiss environmental regulations and current QHSE standards.

• Awareness and safety: Promote workplace risk prevention and foster a safety culture among production teams.

• Improvement approach: Manage internal audits, address non-conformities and oversee the deployment of action plans.

Profile sought

• You have a higher technical education, complemented by a QHSE specialisation.

• You have solid experience in the industrial sector, ideally in electronics, Quality, safety (expertise in electronics is mandatory),

• You are fluent in French and English. Proficiency in German is a plus.

• Your analytical mind, combined with natural leadership, allows you to easily engage teams on QHSE topics.
