Automation Technician: In-House Repair
What you will do:
- Planning and execution of repair orders (approx. 60% operational), including creation of failure analyses and repair quotations (approx. 40% administrative)
- Participation in the optimisation of repair processes considering 5S, Lean, ESD, and occupational safety standards
- Management of smaller internal projects
- Technical and disciplinary deputy to the team leader
What you bring:
- Completed vocational training as an automation technician or a comparable technical education; further education at HF or FH level is an advantage
- At least 10 years of professional experience, especially in the assembly of electronic and electromechanical components; knowledge of IT, RMA, and SAP is advantageous
- Structured and independent working style as well as the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Team-oriented personality with strong problem-solving skills, high willingness to learn, and a hands-on mentality
- Very good German and good English skills (B1) as well as strong oral and written communication skills, active listening, presentation skills, and confident appearance
