Your responsibilities

As Finance Business Solutions Manager, you will join the Information Systems Directorate (DSI) of HES-SO. In this role, you will manage the lifecycle of Finance business solutions, ensuring their performance, quality and alignment with the needs of users as well as the DSI strategy. You will ensure their operation, maintenance, support and continuous improvement, working closely with business and technical stakeholders. You will define and implement measures guaranteeing the security, confidentiality, integrity and availability of data, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and institutional requirements.

You will also be responsible for the budget of your scope, planning and monitoring costs related to solutions, developments and associated services. Finally, you will lead or support transformation projects in your application domain, collaborating with business teams, project managers and internal and external partners to evolve solutions in line with the institution’s needs.

Your profile

• You hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology (or an equivalent qualification);
• You have 2 to 5 years’ experience in application support or financial IT solutions, or 5 to 7 years’ experience in IT project management, with proven expertise in the financial domain;
• As a native French speaker, you have a good command of English (B2 level desired). Knowledge of German (B2 level) is an asset.

Your skills

• You have confirmed expertise in the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solution;
• You have good knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite software or an equivalent financial application (a plus);
• You demonstrate a good understanding of processes specific to the financial domain;
• Rigorous and organised, you respect defined service levels;
• Customer-oriented, you have excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of communication;
• You are comfortable leading meetings and know how to unite participants around defined objectives;
• You are flexible and proactive, able to adapt quickly to changes and take initiatives.

Work rate: 80-100%

Contract duration: permanent contract

Workplace: Delémont or Lausanne with possible travel in French-speaking Switzerland
