The product portfolio includes medical skin care, prescription dermatological therapies, and aesthetic treatments. Responsibilities:
You lead the group-wide financial planning over the medium-term planning horizon and coordinate the contributions of the international regions, brands, and functions.
You translate commercial developments into financial insights and assess performance against previous year, budget, forecast, and MRP.
You are responsible for the group-wide evaluation of brands, product categories, and portfolios and identify key value drivers using PVM and GTN analyses.
You prepare decision-making bases for senior management and the board of directors, ensuring that complex relationships are communicated clearly and appropriately for the audience.
You develop data-driven and AI-supported forecasting approaches together with the relevant departments and promote automation, simplified processes, and the use of new analytical methods.
Qualifications:
You have completed an advanced degree in finance or economics.
You have several years of relevant experience in international FP&A, commercial finance, or group finance and can demonstrate success in leading employees.
You possess advanced Excel skills.
You communicate fluently in English and confidently in German, work pragmatically and independently, and convince through cross-departmental collaboration, assertiveness, and continuous improvement thinking.
