What you will achieve

• Organisation of the assigned station
• Preparation of the daily mise-en-place
• Preparation and serving of dishes and desserts during lunch and dinner service
• Ordering, delivery control, inventory, cleaning and control tasks as well as occupational safety within the framework of the HACCP / KOPAS concept
• Support of the head chef in menu and offer planning and in maintaining quality and safety standards
• You act as deputy to the head chef during their absence

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: as a cook
• Professional experience: Several years of professional experience and initial leadership experience in the gastronomy sector
• Experience with traditional Italian recipes
• You are a service-oriented, communicative and resilient personality
• You are a host through and through, possess good manners and a well-groomed appearance
• You have a quick grasp, are a team player and used to working independently
• German (B1)
• Italian (ADVANTAGEOUS)
• French (ADVANTAGEOUS)
