What is my role?

• Worldwide commissioning and maintenance of our systems at customers

• Troubleshooting and support on the systems

• Analyses and process optimisations at headquarters as well as on-site at customers

• Training at customers and representatives on-site and in our demo centre

• Installation of upgrades and retrofits on systems worldwide

• Support as a remote diagnostician at the support hotline

• Technical sales support

What do I need to be successful?

• Basic training in mechatronics, automation or robotics

• Ideally a university of applied sciences or university degree

• German and English spoken and written; additional languages are an advantage

• High customer and service orientation

• Good communication skills, high social competence

• Independent, solution-oriented working style, organisational skills

• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally approx. 50-75%
