At the medical outpatient clinic, we jointly treat ambulatory patients, conduct occupational medical assessments and offer a travel medicine consultation.
This is who we are
Your tasks
- As the hub of the clinic, you are responsible for smooth processes and the entire consultation organisation (patient reception, appointment scheduling, telephone service, email management)
- You carry out diagnostic and therapeutic measures from blood sampling to infusions, vaccinations and ECGs, 24h blood pressure measurements to assistance with punctures
- You are a responsible contact person for internal occupational medical concerns. In addition, you are responsible for organising trust medical assessments of students from external training institutions
- We use an electronic calendar and medical records system (KISIM). General administrative tasks are part of your daily routine

- You have completed MPA vocational training with several years of professional experience
- You have a quick grasp of things
- You are reliable and distinguished by your commitment, flexibility and openness
- Working on a PC is easy for you
