Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d)
How are sterile packages actually produced? Our Rocken partner is the inventor and pioneer of Blow-Fill-Seal technology – a fully automated process that combines manufacturing, filling and sealing in an aseptic process. With state-of-the-art filling systems, shatterproof polymer containers for pharmaceuticals, cosmetics and chemicals are produced. The field of activity includes the development and production of innovative packaging solutions as well as comprehensive services from factory planning to production optimisation. Digitalisation, qualification and after-sales services complete the portfolio. Responsibility for testing processes and quality assurance measures along the value chain
Conducting and documenting internal audits (e.g. according to ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
Analysis of quality deviations as well as initiation and tracking of corrective actions (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why)
Support in complaint handling and supplier management
Further development of quality assurance processes and test plans
Close cooperation with production, engineering, purchasing and logistics
Training and raising awareness of employees on QA topics
Qualifications:
Technical training with further education in quality assurance, e.g. as a quality specialist or quality manager
Several years of professional experience in industrial quality assurance
Sound knowledge of quality tools and methods (FMEA, 8D, SPC, MSA etc.)
Experience with ISO standards and ideally IATF 16949
Proficient use of ERP and CAQ systems
Independent, precise and communicative personality
Very good German skills, English advantageous
