Role:
In this role, you actively shape digitalisation and ensure that modern IT solutions are used efficiently. You provide support for users, analyse faults, and find pragmatic solutions to keep systems stable and performant. You are responsible for the maintenance and further development of applications and processes to continuously optimise workflows. Additionally, you bring your experience to evaluate, introduce, and train the use of new digital tools. Through your professional approach, you significantly contribute to advancing digital transformation and noticeably easing daily work.
Responsibilities:
- You support employees in first-level support with your IT expertise.
- In this role, you show employees how to use the SORBA construction software and other IT tools efficiently.
- You act as a link between our company and the central IT department of Marti Holding.
- As an IT Specialist Support and Digitalisation, you provide the appropriate IT equipment for our employees.
- You manage a small IT stock for daily needs and ensure the availability of devices.
- In this role, you organise and accompany IT setup on our construction sites at the Solothurn, Bellach locations, and on site.
Qualifications:
- You have completed training as an IT specialist or have several years of professional experience in the IT environment.
- You have practical experience with Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, or Planner.
- You possess in-depth knowledge of user and permissions management.
- Ideally, you have experience in the administration of MS Teams telephony as well as in data maintenance, requirements gathering, and testing.
- You work analytically, conceptually strong, pragmatically, goal-oriented, and structured.
- You speak German at a native level and hold a category B driving licence.
