OT Cyber Security Lifecycle Manager / Landquart or Aarau (80-100%) - 1535

In this exciting and responsible position, you contribute to ensuring that the control systems in the Swiss high-voltage grid are secure from cyberattacks throughout their entire lifecycle. You are responsible for the OT-specific cyber security lifecycle management of substation automation systems (SAS) and adjacent OT components. With your several years of experience in the OT environment, you ensure together with engineering, operations, projects, and procurement that cyber security requirements at Swissgrid are implemented consistently, in compliance with standards, and practically.

This is how you ensure electricity in Switzerland

• Responsibility for OT cyber security lifecycle management (SAS, SCADA, RTU, IED)
• Integration of cyber security requirements into network construction and maintenance projects
• Implementation of regulatory, normative, and internal requirements (e.g., NIS2, IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 27001)
• Further development of OT cyber security processes and standards
• Evaluation of suppliers, products, and services from a cyber security perspective
• Quality assurance, audits, and professional support for projects and operations
• Monitoring of threats and vulnerabilities in the critical infrastructure environment
• Support for change, release, and patch management in the OT environment
• Work location: in Landquart or Aarau

For this position, we are looking for you as a team player with a reliable, independent, and quality-conscious working style. You bring the following:

• Completed studies in cyber security or comparable technical education
• At least 3 years of experience in the OT environment, ideally in substation automation (SAS), with solid knowledge in OT cyber security, risk, and lifecycle management
• Deep knowledge of OT systems and their lifecycle
• Experience with security standards for critical infrastructures (e.g., IEC 62443, ISO 27019, NIST 800 82)
• Structured and systematic working method in risk, change, and lifecycle management
• Strong conceptual, communication, and coordination skills across various interfaces
• Team-oriented, eager to learn personality with a convincing presence
• Fluent German and English skills (spoken and written)
