Lead Industrial Electrician (m/f/d)
For over 50 years, our ROCKEN partner has specialised in industrial automation and comprehensive electrical total solutions with installation teams and control cabinet construction. With around 70 employees, the company primarily implements customised solutions of the highest quality in the food, pharmaceutical, and mechanical engineering sectors, as well as in new builds and conversions.
Role:
As a Lead Industrial Electrician, you ensure the reliable operation of electrical systems. You coordinate maintenance and service work, lead electricians in the company, and ensure efficient fault rectification as well as professional maintenance organisation.
Responsibilities:
Carrying out maintenance and servicing work on industrial systems
Performing service and repair work
Analysing and resolving faults in industrial process systems
Planning and coordinating appointments and work orders
Technical leadership and deployment planning of electricians in the operations
Responsibility for creating and maintaining maintenance documentation
Participation in the on-call service (approx. four shifts per year, each one week in 24/7 operation)
Ensuring system availability as well as compliance with safety and quality standards
Qualifications:
Completed training as an electrician EFZ, electrical installer EFZ or comparable qualification
Experience in fault rectification on industrial process systems
Independent, reliable and precise working style
Strong team skills and high willingness to learn
Customer-oriented personality with good organisational and time management skills
Driving licence category B (car)
