Your Tasks and Perspectives

Management and further development of cooperation with the external security service: process responsibility, deployment and disposition guidelines, training and exercises, quality controls as well as performance and invoice control
Planning, management and responsibility for extraordinary operations and event security at all locations - from situation assessment through deployment disposition to follow-up
Collaboration in emergency and crisis management
Professional responsibility for occupational safety and health protection (ASGS) throughout the entire Department Real Estate & Operations as well as chairing the ASGS experience exchange across all departments of the department
Responsible for secure cash management (cash handling) - from safe and transport solutions through correct accounting to cooperation with the cash-in-transit company

Completed basic training and further education in the security sector (e.g. federal specialist certificate) as well as training as a security officer or KOPAS/ASGS specialist or willingness to complete this alongside your job
Strong ability for lateral leadership: you manage external service providers and partners without direct supervisory function, reliably and on an equal footing
Calm, de-escalating manner, resilience in incident situations and confident handling of patients and relatives in tense situations
Willingness to be on call and to work outside usual hours; residence within a reasonable intervention distance to the St. Gallen location
Structured, independent working style, confident German in spoken and written form, good IT user skills, driving licence category B and impeccable reputation
