Project Manager Collaboration and Team Development

The Personnel Office implements strategic and operational tasks as the HR competence centre for the entire cantonal administration of Graubünden. We contribute to making the canton of Graubünden an attractive and progressive employer. In the area of organisational development, we support the administration within the framework of the digital administration of Graubünden in the introduction of modern forms of collaboration as well as in the further development of leadership, cooperation and organisational culture.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Project Manager Collaboration and Team Development to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your area of responsibility
- Development of strategies, standards and best practices for effective and cross-administrative collaboration
- Consulting and support of administrative units on questions of team and collaboration development
- Support in the introduction and sustainable use of digital collaboration solutions in close cooperation with the Office of Informatics
- Design, implementation and moderation of training sessions, workshops, consultations and exchange formats on collaborative working methods
- Monitoring technological and cultural developments and deriving appropriate fields of action for the administration
- Participation in organisational development, change and transformation projects within the framework of the digital administration of Graubünden
What we expect from you
- Completed university degree or an equivalent higher education in business administration, psychology, human resources, organisational development or a related field
- Experience in supporting cross-departmental projects as well as dealing with different stakeholders
- Experience in the application and introduction of digital collaboration solutions as well as understanding of the interrelations between working methods, organisation and technology
- Experience in supporting change processes as well as knowledge of team and group dynamics
- Analytical and structured way of working, strong communication and persuasion skills as well as high empathy for different perspectives
