You take responsibility for a diverse team that ensures the cleanliness of our trains and thus daily provides comfort and satisfaction to travellers. You can expect variety at the locations Olten and Zug as well as at the external locations Däniken, Aarau, Beinwil am See, Arth-Goldau and Erstfeld. We foster collaboration on an equal footing and support you with clear communication and practical induction. You see irregular working hours and shift work as an advantage to enjoy your free time while others work. Night and weekend work are additionally compensated with us, e.g. with an hourly wage supplement of 16 francs for Sunday work. For night shifts, you receive time bonuses of 10 to 30%, which gives you more free time. • You lead a diverse team of around 35 employees of various nationalities responsible for cleaning the trains at the locations.
• You lead the team professionally and personally and ensure clear goals as well as reliable deployment planning.
• You promote execution quality and occupational safety and accompany the employees in their daily work.
• With clear communication, you promote the further development of your employees and strengthen constructive collaboration.
• You further develop your own area and participate in cross-departmental projects.
• Recruitment and onboarding of new employees are part of your responsibilities.

• Enjoyment in leading a diverse team and achieving high quality standards together.
• Resilience and strong communication skills combined with a solution-oriented working style.
• Several years of leadership experience in an operational environment. In this leadership position, pronounced leadership skills such as result-oriented leadership or development-oriented leadership are of great importance.
• Completed vocational training with EFZ and further training in leadership.
• German language skills at least level B2 in spoken and written form.
• Driving licence category B is mandatory.
• Additionally, you are willing to accompany employees on site also at night and on weekends. You are attentive, focused and physically resilient to successfully manage this demanding work in a 24-hour shift operation.
