Paediatric Home Care Nurse (M/F)

Under the responsibility of our client, your tasks will focus on the following priorities:

• Perform complex and technical nursing care at the homes of young patients (infusions, specific dressings, post-operative follow-ups).

• Educate and support parents to empower them to safely manage their child’s care.

• Coordinate interventions in real time with hospital paediatricians and other health network professionals.

• Closely monitor the clinical condition of children and respond agilely to any changes.

• Provide strong relational support to help families navigate their child’s care pathway.

Your profile matches our partner’s expectations if you have the following skills:

• Nursing diploma with a specialisation in paediatrics or solid confirmed experience in a paediatric setting.

• High autonomy, sense of responsibility, and ability to adapt to varied family environments.

• Driving licence and vehicle essential.

• Interpersonal ease and gentleness essential for interacting with children and their relatives.

• Diplomas from the EU/EEA are welcome, subject to obtaining CRS recognition.
