Joiner and Fitter

We are looking for a joiner and fitter. The role focuses on the manufacture, preparation and installation of wooden and derivative fitting elements, in compliance with the provided plans and the final client’s quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Carry out joinery and interior fitting work respecting the plans, tolerances and quality requirements defined by the client.
• Prepare, assemble and adjust fitting elements in the workshop before transport and installation on site.
• Ensure careful installation of fixed furniture, doors, cladding and other fitting elements in coordination with other project participants.
• Use joinery machines, portable tools and personal protective equipment appropriately in accordance with safety instructions.
• Check measurements, verify alignments and correct any non-conformities to guarantee a final result that meets expectations.
• Autonomous, rigorous with attention to detail

Profile

• Completed training in joinery and fitting.
• Proven experience as a joiner or joiner and fitter in the canton.
• Ability to work in a structured, methodical and careful manner, with attention to execution details.
• Good physical condition allowing handling of loads and working on site as required.
• Sense of responsibility and professional attitude in relations with clients, site management and colleagues.
