Lead System Engineer Modern Workplace (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
You develop and maintain modern workplace environments with a focus on Microsoft 365, endpoint management and collaboration.
You take on the technical support of Windows clients, Intune, Entra ID as well as other workplace and deployment solutions.
You participate in migrations, rollouts and the introduction of new technologies in the workplace environment.
You analyse and resolve more complex faults and support 2nd and 3rd level support.
You help shape standards, automations and ITSM processes and coordinate technical matters with internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in the IT field (EFZ, HF, FH) or have a comparable qualification.
You bring several years of experience in workplace engineering, client management or IT service delivery.
You are well versed in Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, Windows as well as modern endpoint and collaboration technologies.
You have experience with ITSM/ITIL processes, automation as well as structured incident and change management.
You work independently and solution-oriented and enjoy technical coordination, knowledge sharing and the further development of modern workplace solutions.
