Customer Service Advisor (m/f/d)
How you contribute:
- Ensuring a positive customer experience on the phone
- Handling customer enquiries about insurance matters by phone
- Independently providing expert advice to our customers and partners (authorities, offices, etc.) by phone and in writing
- Creating quotes for existing customers
- Maintaining customer data and making changes in our systems
What sets you apart:
- You have successfully completed your commercial training. Initial experience in the health insurance industry is an advantage.
- You have already successfully completed the VBV training.
- You already have experience in telephone customer contact.
- In addition to fluent German, you have very good knowledge of Italian. Any additional language is a plus.
- Your customer-oriented approach distinguishes you.
- You are IT savvy and can operate several systems/programmes simultaneously.
- You keep a cool head even in turbulent times.
