You can expect a varied and responsible role in a modern, interdisciplinary working environment. You will care for patients from the fields of angiology, cardiac surgery, cardiology, pneumology, thoracic surgery, and vascular surgery, independently applying your nursing expertise in daily work. This is where you are needed
- Individual care and support on our interdisciplinary private ward in tandem with a nursing assistant
- Responsibility for the nursing process and quality of care
- Telemetry monitoring and early detection of changes
- Co-responsibility for ward operations and interprofessional collaboration
- Support and promotion of apprentices and students
- Active participation in shaping our processes and team culture. Your ideas are always welcome
