Your Tasks
- In interdisciplinary collaboration with professionals from various fields, you actively contribute to the continuous optimisation of care quality and thus strengthen the holistic care approach.
- You approach the co-design and further development of nursing structures as well as organisational processes with great commitment to ensure tailored care for residents.
- Especially during night shifts, you demonstrate empathy and professional competence by responding to the individual needs of patients with professional and needs-based care.
Our Requirements
- Your completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ forms the solid foundation for your professional, quality-oriented nursing work.
- Thanks to your extensive practical experience in long-term care, you act routinely, professionally skilled, and with a confident sense of the needs of residents in everyday life.
- With your strong communication skills, you meet people empathetically, conveying clearly and understandably - both within the interdisciplinary team and in communication with relatives.
- Responsibility, resilience, and a pronounced service mindset characterise your working style, enabling you to respond flexibly to new situations.
- Committed and independent, you actively contribute to the further development of nursing processes, thereby making an important contribution to securing and optimising care quality.
