About the job
We are an internationally renowned centre of excellence for Biological-Integrative Medicine and Dentistry in Switzerland, treating almost all types of chronic diseases based on knowledge and experience from conventional and complementary medicine. This includes many innovative diagnostic and therapeutic techniques, some of which are only available at the Paracelsus Clinic.
To complement our team at our Swiss private clinic, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to start immediately or by arrangement
Your tasks:
• Preparation of healthy, varied, seasonal and balanced meals for our patients and staff, taking into account the nutritional guidelines of the Paracelsus Clinic
• Responsibility for all processes in a kitchen operation
• Monitoring stock levels
• Compliance with food regulations
• Purchasing fresh and seasonal products
• Friendly service of guests at the counter
• Through your work, you contribute to ensuring a well-maintained appearance of the clinic and a positive treatment environment
Requirements:
• Completed apprenticeship as a chef EFZ
• Professional experience in the gastronomy sector
• You are passionate, creative and enthusiastic about plant-based cuisine
• A respectful approach to food and sustainable principles is important to you
• You have experience in preparing vegan dishes or would like to deepen this
• Experience in video shooting is an advantage
• Team spirit and commitment characterise you
• Reliability, punctuality and a careful working style
• A neat appearance and good manners
• Physically resilient and used to working independently
• Interest in biological medicine
• Good German skills in spoken and written form, very good oral English skills
