Payroll Manager M/F

Your responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of clients regarding payroll, according to current laws, collective labour agreements and guidelines
• Produce monthly and annual reports (payment files, accounting journals)
• Prepare and verify annual salary certificates
• Submit declarations via Swissdec to the relevant authorities (withholding tax, AHV/IV/APG, family allowances)
• Support clients in their procedures and resolve issues related to payroll management

Your profile:

• Commercial employee CFC, professional maturity or equivalent training
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in payroll management in Switzerland
• Comfortable with collective labour agreements and common IT tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Fluency in French, good knowledge of English and/or German: an asset
