Would you like to take on responsibility at the Cantonal Hospital Baden in a large clinic for General Internal Medicine and actively expand your role step by step? As an MPA, you are part of the interprofessional team and work closely with assistant doctors and senior physicians – on internal medicine wards with a broad, exciting spectrum of diseases. Your tasks
- You work as part of the medical team with assistant doctors and experienced senior physicians on the internal medicine wards and take on medically delegated tasks.
- You are the central interface between the medical team, nursing staff, social services, relatives and external agencies, ensuring efficient information flow.
- You organise and coordinate the inpatient stay from admission to discharge in collaboration with other involved professional groups.
- You participate in handovers, support examinations and punctures.
Your profile
- You have training as an MPA EFZ or experience in this role.
- You bring experience from a hospital or a medical practice.
- You are familiar with medical terminology and handle digital work tools and clinical information systems confidently.
- You think in a networked way, act solution-oriented and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
- You actively contribute to interprofessional teamwork.
- You enjoy further developing your role and gradually taking on more responsibility.
