Together with the residential area manager and two other deputy residential area managers, you form a strong management team and contribute to the professional, organisational and cultural development of our care centre on Missionsstrasse. For one of these residential areas at Missionstrasse 20, which extends over two floors, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed, innovative personality as

Your Tasks
- Together with the residential area manager, you are responsible for the leadership and promotion of the employees and ensure a respectful and motivating working atmosphere.
- In your role, you support the residential area manager with organisational and personnel tasks – always with the aim of optimising processes and ensuring excellent care.
- You are directly involved in the care of our residents and actively shape their daily lives. Your work contributes significantly to their quality of life.
- As a mentor and coach, you support trainees (FaGe) and students (HF) and create valuable learning situations.
- You accompany your team professionally and personally and are committed to their further development.
- In the area of quality management, you actively contribute, question existing processes and develop new ideas and concepts in working groups and projects.
- You proactively contribute to a positive and open corporate culture and thus ensure a harmonious working environment.
Your Profile
- You have a degree as a qualified nurse (DNII, HF, FH) and ideally experience in long-term care.
- Leadership experience, e.g. as a team leader, is an advantage but not a must – what matters is your interest in this role and several years of professional experience.
- You work solution-oriented, proactively and bring creative ideas.
- Your communication skills and social competence are your strengths – you can interact with a wide variety of people on an equal footing.
- You are flexible, resilient and always keep a cool head in complex situations.
- You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form and are confident in handling IT.
- RAI knowledge would be an advantage but is not a requirement.
