Project Manager Heating (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 115,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager Heating for an established building technology company. You will independently manage demanding heating projects in residential construction as well as technically complex installations in hospitals, industrial and hotel buildings. You will be responsible for the projects from order placement through work preparation (AVOR), scheduling and installation coordination to billing and handover to the client. The position combines technical project management with commercial responsibility and direct consultation with clients, architects and specialist planners.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and execution of small and large projects in the heating sector from order placement to handover
Project handling for new builds, conversions and renovations in residential construction as well as demanding hospital, industrial and hotel projects
Responsibility for work preparation (AVOR), resource planning, scheduling and site organisation
Technical advice to clients, architects and specialist planners on heating and building technology issues
Leadership and coordination of installation teams and ensuring professional execution on site
Monitoring of costs, deadlines, quality and project progress throughout the entire order processing
Preparation and processing of quotations, change orders, measurements and time sheets
Responsibility for project billing and invoicing as well as commercial project processing with Abacus
Coordination of suppliers, subcontractors, specialist planners and other trades at technical interfaces
Conducting site meetings, execution inspections, acceptance and project handovers
Ensuring compliance with relevant SIA standards, energy requirements and building technology regulations
Qualifications:
Completed basic training with EFZ in heating/building technology, ideally as a heating installer EFZ or building technology planner heating EFZ
Specialist further training at the level of federal certificate, higher technical college (HF) or comparable qualification is an advantage
Several years of professional experience as a Project Manager Heating as well as independent order and project management
Sound knowledge in work preparation (AVOR), calculation, quotation management, change order management and construction billing
Experience in leading and coordinating installation teams and building technology projects
User knowledge of Abacus as well as common Microsoft 365 applications
Very good German language skills for project administration, quotations and technical correspondence
